Olivia Jade and tennis star Taylor Fritz appear to be more than friends, and sources tell TMZ they are keeping things casual as they get to know each other.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... they have been hanging out on a romantic level recently. We're told they are taking things slow and enjoying their time together.

The pair was spotted together in New York City over the weekend, with eyewitnesses telling us Taylor picked Olivia up Saturday at her place.

From there, we're told, the two headed to Taylor's hotel, where they were photographed arriving together.

The NYC sighting adds to growing buzz around the two.

When Olivia and Taylor first sparked dating rumors in May, we were told they were just friends. It's unclear when things turned romantic.

Neither Olivia nor Taylor has publicly defined the relationship, and our sources emphasize they're not rushing into anything. For now, we're told they're simply enjoying each other's company and seeing where things go.

Taylor is currently in New York for the U.S. Open, while Olivia has also been spending time in the city -- giving the two plenty of opportunities to hang out.
